No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Check-in is contactless. An electricity allowance of US$10 per night applies to daily or weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. Electricity charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
The condo has private access to Bavaro Beach and is described as beachfront. Additional restaurants and entertainment are within a stated 1-to-3-minute walk; the airport is a stated 20-minute drive. Transportation options include walking, taxi, public bus, moto-taxi, or renting a car or scooter.
