Is there an electricity allowance?
Yes, US$15 per night for daily/weekly rentals. Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$750 electricity deposit). Charges based on consumption deducted from deposit/allowance. Refunds processed 48 hours after checkout.
Are showings allowed?
No, for the safety and privacy of guests, no showings are allowed.
