An electricity allowance of US$5 per night applies to daily or weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. The condo is beachfront and has private access to Bavaro Beach. Additional restaurants and entertainment are advertised as a 1–3-minute walk away; the airport is advertised as a 20-minute drive. Walk, taxi, public bus, moto-taxi, rental car, or scooter are listed transportation options.
