House rules
No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Daily and weekly rentals include a US$10-per-night electricity allowance; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges. Electricity charges are based on consumption.
Getting there
The condo has private access to Bavaro Beach and is described as beachfront. Additional restaurants and entertainment are described as a 1–3-minute walk away. Punta Cana International Airport is a 20-minute drive, and Cocotal Golf is a 3-minute drive. Transportation options include walking, taxi, public bus, moto-taxi, or rental car/scooter.
