No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward and checkout is at 11:00 AM. An electricity allowance of US$10 per night applies to daily and weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges.

The condo is described as beachfront with private access to Bavaro Beach. Additional restaurants and entertainment are a 1-minute walk away; Punta Cana International Airport is a 20-minute drive. A grocery store is across the street. Transportation options include walking, taxis, public buses, moto-taxis, and rental cars or scooters.
