House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Daily and weekly rentals include a US$15-per-night electricity allowance; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$750 electricity deposit. Extra electricity usage is deducted from the applicable allowance or deposit based on consumption.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront with private access to Bavaro Beach. Additional restaurants and entertainment are advertised as a one-minute walk away, Punta Cana International Airport as a 20-minute drive, a grocery store across the street, and a hospital as a five-minute drive. Walking, taxis, public buses, moto-taxis and rental cars or scooters are listed as transportation options.
