No smoking, pets, parties, or events. The electricity allowance is US$5 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges; charges are based on consumption and deducted from the deposit or allowance.
Getting there

Punta Cana International Airport is described as a 20-minute drive.
