No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Contactless check-in instructions are provided. Electricity allowance is US$5 per night for daily or weekly rentals; monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and electricity is charged according to consumption. Extra electricity charges may be deducted from the allowance or deposit.
Getting there
The condo has private access to Bávaro Beach and is described as beachfront. The on-site beach restaurant provides chairs for guests. Additional restaurants and entertainment are described as a 1–3-minute walk away; Punta Cana International Airport is described as a 20-minute drive. Transportation options include walking, taxi, public bus, moto-taxi, and rental car or scooter.
