The home accommodates up to five overnight guests and has two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and room-darkening shades. The open-plan kitchen includes a four-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware and a four-seat dining table. Outdoor spaces include an upstairs patio, a poolside patio, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill with utensils. A 50-inch smart TV supports streaming services and Chromecast. Beach towels, a washer, dryer, high chair and travel crib are available. The home is single-level.

Ocotal Beach is 3.9 km away, a 7-minute drive; Playa Hermosa is 6.6 km away, a 15-minute drive. Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 38-minute drive away.

Maximum five overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, no smoking on the property and no unregistered overnight guests. One dog or cat weighing less than 9 kg is permitted. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock the doors, especially the front door. Do not feed local wildlife or strays.
