House rules

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Follow the good neighbor policy; illegal activity and unlawful use of the internet are prohibited. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including porches, decks and outdoor areas. Charcoal grills are not allowed. The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless unit-specific terms or law set a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and stay throughout the rental. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or maximum posted occupancy. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Pets require authorization in the reservation. Bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law; emotional support animals require authorization as pets. The property is not guaranteed free of pet allergens. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission; additional fees may apply. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Subject to booking-channel terms and where applicable, charges may include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, including extra or different pets; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may result in termination of the stay and removal. Booking includes acceptance of the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override these general terms; conflicting booking-channel terms control.

Getting there

The condo has a third-floor balcony. The gated resort community is directly on the beach with beach access.
