The house

This 3,000-square-foot home combines plantation-style architecture with original Coco Palms Hotel artwork and furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, local art, and expansive doors and windows connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. The equipped kitchen includes a Viking oven and gas range, granite countertops, vintage-style cabinetry, cookware, utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances.

Three king bedroom suites have ensuite bathrooms and lanai access. The primary suite includes a soaking tub and a private lanai with ocean and golf course views. Guest Bedroom 2 has garden and partial ocean views. The separate bunkroom is accessed through the garage and accommodates up to three additional guests, with no separate bathroom access. Bedrooms are air-conditioned; the three king bedrooms also have ceiling fans and split air-conditioning.

The private backyard has an in-ground pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ and outdoor shower. An elevated cocktail lanai offers ocean, golf course and sunset views. The garage serves as a game and hangout space with table tennis and seating.

High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, satellite or cable television, a washer and dryer, linens, and beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are available. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Guest assistance and concierge services can help with activities, dining reservations and in-home massages. Long-term stays are also allowed.
