The house

The house accommodates up to 9 people and has a living room and dining area with a communicating fireplace insert, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. One bedroom is on the ground floor and three are upstairs; two upstairs bedrooms have queen-size beds, and one of these has a desk. The other upstairs bedroom has two single beds that can be joined, a 120 cm sofa bed and a desk. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds that can be joined. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, one on each floor. The locked wellness area has a sauna for 5–6 people, a heated private pool available year-round, loungers, an elliptical trainer, an exercise bike and a lounge area. The home also has two terraces, a garden, a barbecue, a washing machine and dryer, a high chair, travel cot, baby bath, Bluetooth audio system, board games, basketball hoop and football goal. The terrace area is stated as 100 m²; the house is 300 m² and the plot 1,230 m².
