One bedroom is on the ground floor and three are upstairs; two upstairs bedrooms have queen-size beds, and one of these has a desk. The other upstairs bedroom has two single beds that can be joined, a 120 cm sofa bed and a desk. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds that can be joined. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, one on each floor. The locked wellness area has a sauna for 5–6 people, a heated private pool available year-round, loungers, an elliptical trainer, an exercise bike and a lounge area. The home also has two terraces, a garden, a barbecue, a washing machine and dryer, a high chair, travel cot, baby bath, Bluetooth audio system, board games, basketball hoop and football goal. The terrace area is stated as 100 m²; the house is 300 m² and the plot 1,230 m².
