The maximum occupancy is 4 people. Visitors beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not allowed, and condominium access is restricted to guests registered in the reservation. Visitors require advance communication and identification details for authorization; visitors who are not included in the reservation may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests are responsible for fines or damage. Identification documents for all guests are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration. The apartment is in a residential condominium and occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
