Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered visitors must be communicated in advance with identification information. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. No packages may be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed.
