House rules

The maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not allowed. Condominium access is restricted to guests named in the reservation; visitors require advance notice and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. The minimum reservation age is 18. Smoking indoors and in the room is prohibited, pets are not allowed, and parties or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or exterior areas and not flushing toilet paper. Guests are responsible for fines or damage. Identification documents for all guests are requested after booking confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration. Occasional noise from works or maintenance may occur. Check-in is with a host.
