Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported and identified to the property manager. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for condominium rules, fines and damage. Identification documents for each guest are requested after reservation confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur.
