Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional daily charge.
