The maximum occupancy is 3 guests, and visitors may not exceed the unit's maximum capacity. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Deliveries cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Self check-in is used. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00; late check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge.
