Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Check-in is self-service from 14:00, with arrivals listed from 14:00–23:00. Check-out is by 10:00; later departure incurs an additional night charge. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. The condominium rules must be followed. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed.
