The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted, and condominium access is restricted to guests registered in the reservation. Guests must provide identification documents for every guest after the reservation is confirmed. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration. The property uses self check-in without an on-site host. Extra cleaning and linen changes may incur a fee.
