Maximum occupancy is 3 people, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Access to the condominium is limited to guests named in the reservation; any visitor must be reported in advance for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. The minimum reservation age is 18. Smoking indoors, pets, parties, and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items from windows, balconies, or outdoor areas, and may not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be closed temporarily for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
Getting there
The property is 450 m from Beiramar Shopping and 600 m from Beira Mar Norte. The condominium includes a food hall with restaurants, cafés, bars, and an ice-cream shop. Access to common areas may be temporarily restricted by the condominium administration.
