Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and visitors must be identified to management in advance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional daily charge.
