Only the registered guests may access the condominium. Guests may not exceed the unit's maximum capacity. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance; visitors may not stay overnight. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes, or other objects on windows, balconies, or external areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and provide identification documents for every guest after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
