Maximum occupancy is 6 people, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Condominium access is restricted to guests listed on the reservation; visitors require advance notice and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. The minimum reservation age is 18. Smoking indoors, pets, and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes, or objects from windows, balconies, or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests are responsible for any fines or damage. Identification documents for all guests are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring, or external works may occur during legally permitted hours.
