## About the house

The townhouse has no neighbours above. A furnished front terrace is complemented by a rear lawned garden with a parasol, two sun loungers, a portable barbecue and an outdoor dining table for six.

The living room has a sofa, television and air conditioning. All three bedrooms have air conditioning: one has a double bed, one has two single beds and one has a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The equipped kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, towels, fans, satellite television and free Wi-Fi are available. Air conditioning is optional at 20€ per night. There is free parking for one car.

Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus stop are within walking distance. A large supermarket is about 300 metres away on the road from Alcúdia to Can Picafort, near a petrol station. Buses run every 15 minutes towards destinations including Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença and Palma. Alcúdia old town is 3.3 km away; its markets take place on Tuesdays and Sundays.

The home is on the ground floor with no neighbours above.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Air conditioning is optional at 20€ per night. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
