The house

Pinnacle Ridge 42 has 2,350 square feet of space, with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread over three levels. The main bedroom has a king bed, three guest bedrooms have split kings, and the bunk bedroom has a Captain Bunk.

The main floor combines an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV and access to one of three balconies with views. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware.

A large foyer off the lower-level garage entrance provides space for boots and coats, alongside a concealed laundry area with a washer and dryer. An eight-person private hot tub sits among the trees on the backyard deck. The home also has mountain views, an uncovered patio, boot heaters, heating, a private entrance and free Wi-Fi. Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron with ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The townhome is adjacent to the Blackcomb slope, beside the beginner run and Magic Chair, between Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. A free shuttle runs past the complex. Free parking is available, with a maximum of four cars at the property.
