Getting there
Direct beach access is a few steps away. Internal stairs lead from the foyer to the living room, dining room and kitchen; the primary bedroom is downstairs. Community construction from late September 2026 through May 2027 may cause noise, temporary balcony and walkway closures, and alternate access routes. The pool deck is scheduled to close from mid-December 2026 through mid-March 2027, while the indoor pool and small heated outdoor pool remain open. Construction schedules may change.
