The condo has a downstairs primary bedroom. Stairs lead from the entrance foyer to the living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living room has a Smart TV for streaming, large windows overlooking the Gulf and access to a balcony with beach and Gulf views. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available.

Shared community facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a small heated outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a sauna, a playground, and a lake with a dock. Direct beach access is a few steps away. Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets are less than one mile away; Carousel Supermarket is four miles away. Bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, are laundered before every check-in.

Community construction is scheduled from late September 2026 through May 2027. Noise, workers, temporary balcony closures and walkway closures may affect stays, with alternate access routes needed during some phases. The pool deck is scheduled to close from mid-December 2026 through mid-March 2027; the indoor pool and small heated outdoor pool will remain open during the winter pool work. Construction schedules may change.
