The house

Pinewood Getaway is a 1,024-square-foot condo with mountain and ski-slope views. It has a furnished deck with outdoor seating and a grill, plus a living area with a gas fireplace. Heating, ceiling fans and hot water are provided.

The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television with cable or satellite service, board games, and a washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Gym/fitness-room and resort-amenity access are offered.

The condo has a private entrance, self check-in and parking for one car. Downtown Ketchum and the ski lifts are a short ride or walk away. A bus stop and valley transfer hub are at the corner of Saddle and Warm Springs, and the local YMCA is across Warm Springs Road. River Run and Warm Springs are each within a couple of miles. Ketchum offers shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance; nearby Sun Valley has further dining, shopping and entertainment, including music at the Sun Valley Pavilion, the Sun Valley Ice Rink and Sun Valley Stables.
