The open-plan great room has vaulted white ceilings, broad windows, lounge seating and a Smart TV, with a water feature and greenery outside. Indoor dining seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dual prep counters and four barstools at each counter. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The covered lanai has coastline views, a hot tub, a Weber BBQ and lounge seating. The grounds include tropical landscaping, fruit trees, a private yard and a private water garden. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, ocean and garden views, lanai access, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, garden views and split air conditioning. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, garden views, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A separate guest full bathroom completes the two bathrooms. Air conditioning is limited to sleeping areas.

High-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Smart TVs, satellite or cable TV, a washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer and an iron are available. The home has garage parking, a private entrance and self check-in/check-out with a smart lock. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.

Downtown Kailua-Kona is a 12-minute drive away. The home is just off Ka’ahumanu Highway, and Kona International Airport is 25 minutes away. A car is recommended. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Electric-vehicle charging is not available at the property; guests with electric vehicles must arrange charging elsewhere.
