The living room has vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, a stone fireplace, seating and a TV. The kitchen includes wood cabinetry, modern appliances and bar seating, with a separate dining table beside windows overlooking the forest. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and an oven/stove.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and private deck. The second bedroom has a double bed and TV. A shower-tub combination is available. Bedrooms come with linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are also available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Outdoor spaces include a front deck, a side balcony with a grill and patios. The community beach is a short stroll from the front door, and a trail loops the lake. Lake Arrowhead Village is a short drive away for shops, restaurants and lakefront paths.

The home has Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine, dryer and free private parking. Keypad locks allow self check-in. There is no air conditioning. Concierge services available to guests include fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special-occasion arrangements, and baby, ski and beach gear rentals. The private community beach is a short stroll from the front door. Lake Arrowhead Village is a short drive away. From November through March, all vehicles must carry chains. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, and chains may be required to access the home. AvantStay clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door; shovels are provided for guests to clear other paths.

Minimum stay: seven nights. The person booking must be at least 21. All persons, including infants, children and visitors, count toward the maximum occupancy of six, which must not be exceeded at any time. Pets are prohibited; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am. Amplified sound is prohibited outdoors at all times, and indoor sound must not be audible at the property line. Noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
