House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight guests; occupancy must also not exceed the reservation's guest count. Gatherings or events exceeding eight people are prohibited. Property-specific quiet hours are 9 p.m.–8 a.m. The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless unit-specific terms or law set a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is prohibited. Adults must supervise minors. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Lock doors and windows when away. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, and up to $500 for additional cleaning caused by violations or excessive mess, or actual cost if greater. Applicable agency or HOA fines and related damages may also be charged. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night's rental. Violations may result in removal without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. The cancellation policy presented by the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override general rental terms; booking-channel terms control in case of conflict. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Management may enter with reasonable notice, or immediately in an emergency.

Getting there

The home has two levels. Four-wheel drive or traction equipment may be required in winter. Parking is limited to three vehicles in designated areas.
