## About the house

The lodge has four buildings on a 25,000 m² property. Deluxe and Superior rooms are at least 45 m²; room categories include Deluxe, Superior and Superior Plus. Deluxe and Superior rooms have sea or panoramic views, and Superior Plus rooms have a private terrace and private steps to the pool. Rooms include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, kettle and small drinks fridge. King-size four-poster or bamboo beds are available in most rooms; mosquito nets can be requested. Room-only, bed-and-breakfast and half-board stays are offered. Breakfast is included in the stated room basis. The hotel serves Jamaican and European cuisine cooked to order.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before the reservation, less a US$100 bank charge and administration fee; if the deposit is less than US$100, no deposit is refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days before the reservation forfeit the deposit. Guests who check out early forfeit fees paid for the reserved period. Entire-hotel rental has a 20% premium during Christmas and/or New Year. Temporary beds can be added to Deluxe and Superior rooms for US$70 per person. For larger groups, capacity up to 25 includes two temporary beds in Superior rooms and the Junior Suite, and one in a Deluxe room. A group special is offered for groups of 8 or more, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
