Smoking and events are not allowed. A maximum of three pets is permitted. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay.
