The 300 m² house has two floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each; upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed each and two bedrooms with a single bed each. Four shared bathrooms have showers: three downstairs and one upstairs. A cot and high chair are available.

The living room has a large sofa, a small table and satellite TV. The separate kitchen-dining room has a ceramic hob, microwave and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 9.7 × 4 m, with depths of 0.9–2 m, two porches, and a terrace on each floor. One porch has a barbecue and bread oven. The garden has fruit trees and a fish tank.

The property is surrounded by fields, 2 km from Felanitx, which has shops and services and a Sunday market. S'Arenal beach is 13.1 km away; the east coast is a short drive away. A change of towels and bed linen during the stay is included. Up to three pets are welcome; consult the advertiser about possible charges.
