The house

The condo accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, each with central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The primary ensuite has dual vanities and a walk-in shower; the guest ensuite has a shower/tub combination.

The open-plan living area has a sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV and sliding doors to a private covered lanai with outdoor seating and golf course views. The dining area seats six. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and ice machine. A washer and dryer are available.

Shared resort facilities include a community pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ grills, picnic area, fitness center and landscaped walking paths. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.

Kiahuna Golf Club is adjacent. Poipu Beach Park, Shops at Kukuiula and Old Koloa Town are five minutes away; Spouting Horn and Shipwreck Beach are ten minutes away, and Lihue Airport is 25 minutes away. Children are welcome. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 14 nights or longer.
