The house

The condo accommodates six guests and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open-plan living area has a sectional, a large smart TV and ceiling fans; the adjacent dining area seats six. A private covered lanai offers outdoor dining for four and golf-course and ocean views.

The kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker and coffee maker.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower, a workspace and lanai access. All bedrooms have split air conditioning, linens, storage and space for a crib or Pack and Play.

An in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. The condo has a private parking space, a private entrance and keyless entry. Guests share access to the community pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and fitness center, with landscaped walking paths nearby.

Poipu Shopping Village and Kiahuna Golf Course are within walking distance. Poipu Beach Park, the Shops at Kukuiula, Old Koloa Town and the Mahaulepu trails are a short drive away. Lihue Airport is about 30 minutes away.
