The house

This three-bedroom, three-bath condo offers 1,478 square feet of centrally air-conditioned living space. The open-concept great room has high ceilings, comfortable seating, a smart TV and sliding doors opening to a private covered lanai overlooking the fairways toward the Pacific. A six-seat dining table connects the lounge and kitchen.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and an island with barstools. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and cooking utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, golf and mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms also have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two ensuite bedrooms and a third full bathroom overall.

Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, fitness center and barbecue areas. The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. Parking is free.

Neighborhood paths are available for walking. Poipu Beach Park, The Shops at Kukuiula, Keoki’s Paradise, Merriman’s Kauai and Spouting Horn are a short drive away. Old Koloa Town, Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali Coast are day-trip destinations.
