The house

This single-level condo sleeps six and has central air conditioning throughout. The open-plan living area includes a sofa and Smart TV, with dining seating for six and additional counter seating. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a wine fridge, a coffee maker, a blender, a slow cooker and a rice cooker. A private covered lanai provides outdoor seating with golf course and ocean views.

Two bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom has a Smart TV, ceiling fan and central air conditioning. Organic bath products, linens and beach towels are provided.

A dedicated workspace with a printer, Wi-Fi advertised at over 400 Mbps, and an in-unit washer and dryer support longer stays. Guests have access to a shared community pool and hot tub with mountain views, a fitness center, gas barbecue grills and landscaped tropical grounds. Beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a fee.

Kiahuna Golf Course is immediately outside the property, and Poipu Beach Park is minutes away. The condo is reached by stairs, with no elevator, and free parking is available.
