The house

The single-level condo sleeps six and has an open-concept living and dining area with plush seating, a smart TV, large windows and sliding doors opening onto a private covered lanai with golf-course views. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, an island with bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and garden and fairway views. A separate full guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, bedding and storage; central air conditioning serves the entire home.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, free parking, a private entrance and keypad entry. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ grills and landscaped pathways.

Poipu Shopping Village and Kiahuna Golf Course are within walking distance. Poipu Beach Park, The Shops at Kukui'ula, Spouting Horn and Shipwreck Beach are a short drive away. A Ring doorbell camera faces outward from the entrance, and a security camera is inside the garage. The front-door camera is closely monitored.
