The house

The open-concept living area has a sectional sofa, smart TV and sliding doors opening to a covered lanai. The dining area has high ceilings and large windows. The lanai offers lounge seating, a dining table, mountain views and glimpses of the ocean.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a central island, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, crockpot, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

The downstairs primary suite has a private lanai, smart TV, walk-in closet and ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The two upstairs guest bedrooms have smart TVs, ceiling fans, closets and dressers; the third bedroom has mountain views. A shared full bathroom is upstairs and a half bathroom is on the main level. Central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.

Community facilities include a pool, hot tub, shared BBQs and fitness facilities. Complimentary privileges at the nearby Poipu Beach Athletic Club include its lagoon-style pool with waterslide and children’s sand section, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and yoga studio. Beach chairs, towels, a cooler and an umbrella are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s Beach are within walking reach. Kukuiʻula Shopping Center, its weekly Farmers Market and Spouting Horn are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The townhome is on the second floor with no elevator access.
