## About the house

The open-concept living and dining area includes a dining table, breakfast bar and pull-out sofa. A covered lanai offers seating, mountain views and ocean glimpses. The equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have mountain views, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. A separate guest bathroom is also available.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, satellite or cable television, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach mats and a cooler are provided. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a fee. The Pili Mai community has a shared pool, hot tub, fitness center and landscaped grounds.

Poipu Shopping Village and local walking pathways are within walking distance. Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Beach, The Shops at Kukui‘ula and Spouting Horn are a short drive away. The Shops at Kukui‘ula include boutiques, restaurants and a weekly farmers market. The home is on the second floor without elevator access.
