The house

This second-floor condo sleeps six and has a single-level interior reached by stairs, with no elevator. The open-plan great room has tall ceilings, wide sliding doors, comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen island has three breakfast-bar seats. A covered lanai overlooks golf greens and mountains.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine, together with dishes, utensils and kitchen basics. Central air conditioning runs throughout, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, mountain views, a TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and workspace. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, garden views, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or Pack and Play; the second king suite has a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, fitness center and BBQ pavilions with shaded seating. Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. The condo has a private entrance, smartlock entry and free on-site parking. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Poipu Shopping Village, art galleries, local cafes and Poipu Farmers Market are within walking reach. Poipu Beach Park, The Shops at Kukuiula, Old Koloa Town, Spouting Horn and Waimea Canyon lookout are a short drive away. A car is necessary.
