The house

The condo has an open-plan kitchen, dining area seating six, and living area with a sofa and television. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered lanai with outdoor seating and garden and golf-course views. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has one king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and space for a crib or Pack ’n Play. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one queen bed; bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom. A separate full bathroom completes the three bathrooms.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes and utensils. In-unit laundry, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. The condo also has wireless internet, a smart television and a private entrance.

Shared Pili Mai facilities include a community pool, hot tub, barbecue amenities and fitness center. All guests also have access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club, with a fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, a hot tub, and a pool with a waterslide and a sand-bottom section for children.

Poipu Beach Park and the Shops at Kukuiula are minutes away. Nearby places include Shipwreck Beach, Spouting Horn and Old Koloa Town, with dining, shopping, galleries and a gourmet farmers’ market in the surrounding area. Lihue Airport is less than a half-hour drive away.
