The house

The 1,318-square-foot condominium has vaulted ceilings, an open-plan living and dining area, and a private covered lanai overlooking Makai Golf Course and the Hanalei mountains, with nearby lake views. The living area includes a sectional sofa and smart TV; four TVs are provided throughout the home.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, cookware and utensils, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster and blender.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a newly tiled walk-in shower, and direct lanai access. Each guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to a bathroom with a bathtub and newly tiled shower; the room inventory identifies both guest bathrooms as ensuites. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have space for a crib or Pack ’n Play.

Shared facilities include a heated pool with a cascading waterfall, hot tub, fitness center and recreation area. The home includes free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, free on-site parking, heating, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler and a Pack ’n Play. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Princeville Shopping Center, Makai Golf & Tennis Club, Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, hiking trails and North Shore scenic drives are nearby. Children are welcome.
