The house

Piko Nani has 2,740 square feet of indoor living space, a gated entrance and an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, travertine floors and ocean views. Glass doors connect the living area to a covered lanai. An indoor dining area, kitchen island and bar seating provide spaces for meals. The equipped kitchen includes major and small appliances, a dishwasher, wine refrigerator, coffee grinder, rice cooker and culinary essentials.

Outside, a private pool and attached spa sit beside a lava-rock waterfall, lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. A barbecue, manicured lawn, private yard, coffee orchard and mango, avocado, papaya and lychee trees complete the grounds. Beach towels and a beach umbrella are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen television and ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has lanai access, a private breakfast nook/office, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 2 has lanai access and pool and ocean views. Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views and is also listed with lanai/balcony access. Workspaces are available in the primary and guest bedrooms.

The home has high-speed Wi-Fi, a living-room smart TV, a washer and dryer, and free private parking. There is no air conditioning; cross-ventilation and ceiling fans provide airflow. The single-level home is outside a resort. Kailua Kona town, Huliheʻe Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, Kona Farmers Market, beaches and coffee tours are a short drive away.
