Pigreco is a private structure for lease only, set on approximately 13,500 sq m of land among olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The property consists of a trullo and lamias connected by external stone paths. Each of the three bedrooms is an independent suite with a private outdoor area. The main lamia contains a well-equipped open kitchen and dining room leading to an outdoor courtyard and patio. The property also has a gym, outdoor dining areas, an infinity pool and a Jacuzzi.

The 10 x 5 m infinity pool has a constant depth of 1.50 m, chlorine and salt purification, and five circular access steps. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The pool area has three gazebos, sunbeds and deck chairs. A Jacuzzi is also located in the adjacent garden.

The property is in the countryside of Ostuni with direct access from the provincial road. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Ostuni is 3 km away, shops and services in Ostuni are 5 km away, the Ostuni marina is 10 km away, and Torre Guaceto is approximately 28 km away. Four covered parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property is for lease only. The property is not fenced. Parties and events are forbidden without prior written authorization. Visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are not permitted without prior written authorization. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services are provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
