Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of any changes. Unless Pets Welcome is advertised, the property is strictly no pets. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules.
Getting there
The home has almost direct access to Lorne's main street, beach, cafes, eateries, foreshore and family activities. Bedrooms and the main bathroom are downstairs; living areas, kitchen and deck are upstairs. The driveway is shared with one other townhouse.
