Free covered parking is available onsite.
Is filtered drinking water available?
A steady supply of filtered drinking water is available.
Is loud music allowed?
Louder music is allowed only within limits and during designated hours. Keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours.
Can the villa be reserved for events or film, photo and advertising shoots?
Events and shoots are permitted subject to the homeowner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional charge per person per day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation at least 15 days before check-in, before 1 PM, qualifies for a 75% refund. Cancellation at least 7 days before check-in, before 1 PM, qualifies for a 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of check-in receives no refund.
